Folsom Cafe and Restaurant — Restaurant in Janakpur

I just wanted to visit a cafe in janakpur and see how does it serve me and my friends. Coming from India, we thought it would be a piece of cake as Nepal and India are very similar in culture. I saw the board of the Cafe and we immediately decided to visit it. The drinks were amazing. We ordered one Americano coffee and one virgin mojito. The bartender looked professional and the servers were kind hearted and well-spoken as well. We were full so we ordered veg steam momos. They were nice and the dip stole the show. It was some mustardy kind of dip that went well with momos. I found the pricing very decent but I don’t know how they price as per Nepali standards. Worst place food is good but customer service is worst have been their today evening (6:35-6:50pm ,11 October 2019) and found one Pahadi Waitress behaving so rude with a family . How can a staff be so Rude? If u can't provide good customer service u won't ever be stable on market. I request concernd authorities to take quick action on this and revert back on this review . If I woul'd be that guest I would have taken legal actions. Don't want this mistake to happen again as it has much trust on Janakpur's market please continue that trust and train the staffs to behave properly atlest and give 100%...

I would give 0 actually the food is good but the staffs there is ridiculous like one of the staff was touching her nose i mean how can you even imagine her serving food to you? The other was doing makeup while the customers were waiting if I'll share my experience i cancelled the order because they took really long time to get my food and instead of apologising that mindless lady started arguing. Is this the way you treat your customers? I myself saw 3-4 customers jst leaving the cafe without eating anything as the hospitality...
