iBlues Restro — Restaurant in Pokhara

iBlues Restro offers a diverse and impressive menu, featuring a wide range of delicious dishes that cater to various tastes. The food quality is exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the seafood, which was prepared to perfection and bursting with flavor.

However, there are a few areas where iBlues Restro could improve. The staff, while generally friendly, could benefit from more professional training to enhance the overall dining experience. Service efficiency and attentiveness could be elevated with a bit more polish.

Another significant issue is the heat on the third floor of the restaurant. Despite having two air conditioning units, the temperature in the room remains uncomfortably high, making it challenging to fully enjoy the meal. Addressing this problem would greatly improve the comfort of the dining environment.

Overall, iBlues Restro offers fantastic food and a great menu, but it falls short in terms of staff professionalism and climate control. I'd give it one less star for these shortcomings. With some improvements, it has the potential to be an outstanding dining...

Extremely Disappointing Experience..

I have been a regular customer for 2–3 years,ordering every month or two weeks,but after this experience, I am deeply disappointed.

I ordered pizza, chicken lollipop (6 pcs), and fried sausage (4 pcs) for delivery,but instead of sausages, they sent me another plate of lollipops .Since it was a delivery, replacing the food was difficult. Worse, the sausages I paid for were more expensive than the lollipops I received, meaning I was already at a loss.

Later, Som Gurung (cashier/waiter)called me ,not to apologize, but to argue. He rudely insisted that I should buy the sausages again,even though the mistake was the restaurant’s fault.

I come from hospitality background and a restaurant supervisor in Dubai,so I understand mistakes happen. But if I’m writing this review, his behavior was truly unacceptable.

I urge management to take this seriously and train staff to handle mistakes...

Most of Pokhara's good restaurants are packed within the lake side. That being said, every now and then you find a hidden gem tucked away from the center of all the hustle in lakeside, say for like in Nayabazar. I was really impressed with iBlue’s service and their dishes. We had the Hongkong me and the Chicken Cheese Egg Burger. The Hongkong me had a wide range of sea food flavours and was definitely very delicious, but I have to say that their burger is the one that won my heart. It was the best burger I’ve ever had! The juicy patty and the perfectly melted cheese with a sunny side up stacked in between is something you’ll need to try when you’re in Pokhara! I, for one, will be sure to...
