Mantra Thakali — Restaurant in Pokhara

Not upto the mark. The price is too expensive considering the item provided. Well, at least in a Thakali restaurant, you can expect a Brass utensil, but they served us on steel thali. None of the achaars or pickles were freshly made and all were readymade/packed. There was quite a delay in our order. The chicken wasn't that tasty either. Was hoping Rayo ko Saag and Maas ko daal, but were provided with Farsi ko Munta (satisfied though) and Rajma (not satisfied). Literally, didn't find it...

This place was suggested by one of the shop owner of helmet in Nayabazar.

I randomly asked him the best place where I can have food nearby and he Recommended us Mantra thakali.

We had Chicken Thakali Set and Fish Thakali Set and to my surprise it was very good. The only downside was that it was bit oily.

I also like their servicing. But there can be an improvement in the atmosphere and the ambience.

I recommend this to all looking to have tasty...

Recommended by a friend for good food, we went to this place. We placed an order for good, they said it will be ready in 15-25 minutes, we waited and waited and waited .. After waiting for 1 hour, we called them and complained why the good was late. They went back, inquired for the order and said, there was a misunderstanding in the kitchen dept. The food has not been cooked.
