Me and my friend spent an unforgettable afternoon at the Pokhara Fishing Club. The owners were so warm hearted, friendly and competent as well. They will first give you some instructions if it is your first time fishing, and they will remain cool and patient while you're learning the most important steps. They are always there to help you and will celebrate your success (in catching a fish) with you or even more. I really had a great experience fishing at this spot, also was lucky to catch 2 good size Naini fish..! The Owner Mr. Janson was very kind and helpful, he taught me how to use the fishing rod with proper technique and knowledge also the staff Mr. Kishan was so helpful in helping to put on the bait and was friendly.. Read moreI actually unlocked fishing as a new hobby after visiting this place twice. They rent fishing rods and also serves food. Tried their super nice pork momo with beers here. But i didnot have time to try their Naga pork curry items. The owner is super friendly taught me to use the rod and the basics of fishing. We tried the steamed fish fresh from the same pond, which had a strong taste of sechuan spices and did not quite get the actual taste of the fresh fish itself. Would have been nice with basic spices and get more of the fish...
