De pizza's en pasta's zijn ZO heerlijk dat ik het gevoel heb dat ik aan het strand zit te eten in Sardinië... de hoeveelheid saus is perfect per portie, geen vloeibare "soepsaus" maar perfect smullen en de porties zijn altijd perfect vol gevuld met de heerlijke ingrediënten ipv enkel 3 stukjes garnalen (bij bv de pasta garnalen/zeevruchten) wat je meestal krijgt bij bijna alle andere restaurants in Alkmaar.
