Domino's Pizza Almere Centrum — Restaurant in Almere

I received an e-mail from Domino's with the weekly deals and it showed a Happy Hour deal. Medium pizza and a drink for €4,99 if ordered between 14:00 and 16:00 for takeaway. I tried to place the order a few times a few times through the website but it refused the code and said "this code is not available at this time". Finally i called the Domino's store on Cinemadreef in Almere and asked why I can't place the order. First reaction wad that the employee i spoke to had NO CLUE what i was talking about and said there is no such deal. When i explained that I have an email from Domino's with this deal he then suddenly said "oh it's for takeaway? Yes that deal is available, what would you like to order?" When I asked why it wasnt possible to order it online he said he didnt know and said thats not his problem (in quite a rude way). Now the reason I order my pizza online and not through the phone is that there is no human error when placing the order online. I usually like to change the topics around a bit as the standard pizza's don't satisfy my needs. Unfprtunately this was the case when i picked up the pizza. They had messed up the topics but I wasnt in the mood to wait for them to make a new one. I doubt I will go back to this...

Racist staff at this store. Deeply disappointed by their customer service. They made the pizza I ordered and kept it aside. I was waiting outside the store for nearly 10min and went inside and waited for another 10min hoping my pizza was done. Finally asked the guy politely if my pizza is going to take a longer time. He then takes a pizza box and hands over a cold pizza. I asked him why was I not called when I was standing right infront of them for more than 10min, the staff replies, they are too busy and it is my responsibility to ask. I was the only person other than their staff standing right infront of them. Wouldn't they bother to hand over my pizza. Didn't allow me to raise a complaint. Never going to order from here again. The previous staff were friendly and informed when my pizza was ready. Not expected from Dominos, but perhaps I should expect now terrible customer service. 30 December 2020. Hebben wij 4 pizza's, chickenwings en een sandwich besteld, dit was om 18:20 uur, dit hebben wij online gedaan. De bezorger kwam pas om 20:05 uur de bestelling brengen.

'Alhoewel er naar gestreefd wordt uw bestelling binnen 30 minuten op het door u gewenste adres af te leveren, zijn er altijd omstandigheden, zoals weer en verkeer, die ertoe bijdragen dat deze indicatie niet gehaald kan halen.'

Dat het lang duurt kan ik mee leven maar ik verwacht voor het lang wachten geen koud eten.

Al het eten was gewoon lauw tot aan koud aan. Hierna hebben wij gebeld met Domino's aan de Cinemadreef te Almere. Hier werd ons verteld door een medewerker dat zij het heel erg jammer vonden, en kregen wij ter compensatie een tegoedbon van 50 euro! Hier gingen wij akkoord mee, want anders moesten we weer minimaal 1,5 uur op ons eten wachten.

Vervolgens wilden wij vandaag 14 januari 2021 opnieuw een bestelling plaatsen met onze 50 euro tegoedbon. Helaas was dit online niet mogelijk omdat de tegoedbon aan ons telefoonnummer was gekoppeld, hierdoor moesten wij de bestelling telefonisch doorgeven. Dit hebben wij gedaan maar dan kwam de korting van 2e pizza 2 euro er niet bij (die is NU van toepassing). Tijdens het doorgeven van onze bestelling bleek dat de 2 kortingen niet samen konden, uiteindelijk omdat de kortingen niet samen konden heb ik de bestelling zelf geannuleerd.

50 Euro is 50 euro, of het nou een tegoedbon is of niet!

De medewerker die wij aan de telefoon kregen heeft toch geprobeerd de 2 acties samen te voegen en is hiervoor 3 keer naar zijn teamleider gegaan. Tot 3 keer toe ben ik in de wacht gezet om navraag te doen bij de manager. Desondanks was de medewerker die ons te woord heeft gestaan ten alle tijden netjes en vriendelijk, dat vind ik zelf ook heel correct.

Waar het mij omgaat is dat wij een tegoedbon hebben gekregen die je niet kan toepassen. Die tegoedbon is ons eigen geld, want als het eten op tijd en warm bezorgd was had ik niet geklaagd.
