We stopped at this KFC yesterday evening and it was a horrible experience. We waited in the car for a long time and was given a wrong order which was worth less than half what we paid for. We went to the window and told the young employee that it wasn't our order, they took it away and said we have not paid for two of the sandwiches and we paid again, after a while brought another order. When we looked inside, there was no reciept and I checked my bank app to see how much I was charged and realized it was too much in comparison to what I ordered and what was in the packet. I walked to the window for a 3rd time and asked for a receipt, they checked my receipt, order and payment and apparently they mistakenly enterd 2 meals instead of two buckets for me and then very conveniently forgot to put the 4 drinks and 4 fries (that I didn't want at all but because of their mistake, have already paid for). At the end, I realized that the 2 sandwiches, were also paid for in the first order(because I ordered them from the beginning) but they charged me twice for them. So, we went home with 23 euro paid above our order, with 4 drinks and 2 small boxes of curry chicken or smt, 4 fries that we absolutely didn't want and without 2 extra sandwiches (that they charged me twice for and we only realized later when I didn't want my hungry kids in the car to wait for a 4th argument with the ignorant employees at the window).
