Amsterdam is like a second home to me. I've spent almost a year of my life here over the past 15 years.
I stumbled upon this little place during a bike ride two years ago and marked it as a place I want go on Google maps. Today, after all that time I visited this restaurant.
I misread their website and thought they took credit cards. I was wrong. And with only 10 Euro in my pocket the owner offered to drive me to the nearest geldomat.
The menu is only in Dutch, but not to worry the nice lady simply asked [in English] what I wanted and placed my order.
Out came hot and delicious won ton soup and dim sum, followed by a beef dinner with noodles. Everything was hot, fresh, and very good.

Mostly a little grumpy as we found out when we paid that we were charged for the tiny bowl of crisps offered when we sat (€2) and what were assumed was tap water was also charged (€4). Other than that, food was tasty. Appetizer platter was very small. Main dishes were beef with garlic sauce, and chicken with cashews. No menu in English that I was aware of (thank goodness for the translate app)
