Great 100% vegan ramen place! This place recently opened, but it is the same owner as men impossible in Jordan (Amsterdam). I was already a fan of men impossible and was not disappointed by this new one! Right now (6 days after opening) they only serve one type of ramen, with one set of topics. The ramen is very thick (same as the one in their other location), more sauce-like (consistency similar to carbonara), nonetheless very delicious. The topics are great, i I liked the fried onions and scallion oil. The noodles were amazing, they are handmade. They also serve free tap water with lemons inside, great service. I think the only thing I was missing in my opinion was some sour/spicy sauce, like maybe gyoza sauce (vinegar + soy sauce), i think having that on the table would complement the rich flavour taste of the sauce very well. Maybe they have it and i just forgot to ask. Finally, price of 17€ is very fair for the experience. The owner was very friendly. Strongly recommend this place! —- Update: They now have another ramen on the menu, this time a soup-based one. Similar flavour and vibe, but different shape of noodles. I really liked the soup itself, its impressive for vegan ramen, the toppings were also very delicious, but i think i preferred the noodles of the saucy ramen. Overall both are great though.

Was in Amsterdam for a day and checked happy cow for the nearest Vegan restaurant and found this gem! (1 week exactly after posting this) My partner and I were greeted by the waiter, she gave us a seat, explained we can order using the QR (I love the convivence) We ordered cauliflower tempura and shrimp katsu as our sides and for a main go tan tan ramen. We shared our main cos we get full very quickly. Our sides came first, then the ramen, the guy I think he was cooking or serving but he gave me a small bowl for my partner and I to share the ramen which was thoughtful! I appreciated that! I'm not an easy pleaser but everything was super delicious. It was tasty and healthy, it was a very enjoyable memorable experience. The tan tan ramen is something I would love to get again. Love to try to the tofu ice cream next time :) Only thing was they ran out of beer and sake on the day.

Went there during rainy time, no made reservations and we got lucky to sit with group of 5. The first thing the waitress gave us is not menu but TOWEL! Thats a high points for service! They were kind and welcoming us with odd number of people. Then politely telling us to order online via barcode. When there is an issue they were also move quickly with tablet and help us manually order. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere wise, the place was not big. However, it was gezellig! WC on second floor. We went there during not busy time, so I cannot be a full judge. However, dining experience was great! Food definitely bomb! Please mind you this is a vegan restaurant. I tried the dry ramen, it was šŸ”„šŸ”„šŸ”„ broccoli tempura was crazy good and perfect as appetizer. The fake crab meat was unbelievable. Broth and the noodle of normal ramen were match made in heaven. Definitely will come again

In summary: Don't go there you don't look European or wear a headscarf.

In detail: My cousin was excited to try her first-ever ramen dish, so we decided to give this restaurant a try. On the 4th of november around 6pm we visited this place. However our experience left much to be desired. First, we had to wait for over half an hour to get a table, despite seeing other customers who arrived after us being seated promptly. After expressing our frustration, we had to endure an additional 10 minutes before they finally found us a place. Things didn't improve as water started dripping on us from the roof while we placed our orders and waited for another half an hour. It was only then that a waiter informed us that they hadn't even registered our order, causing further delays. While we continued waiting for our food, other customers who arrived later seemed to be served the same dishes that we had ordered. In the end, we decided to leave as we felt unfairly treated and discriminated against, especially as the waiter seemed to refuse to serve us. We waited about 2 hours without eating anything. This experience left us disappointed and frustrated with the restaurant's service. Never...

āļø 10/10! I've know their first restaurant (Men Impossible) for quite some time now. While the other location is very nice and cozy, it's great being able to try their food also in a more open, walk-in basis. Super nice addition to the neighbourhood.

šŸœ They only offer one type of ramen (sauce-ramen) with the option to make it spicier. It includes several toppings, and the amount of food is filling and perfect for one person.

🌱 All of the food is 100% vegan/plant-based, and even the noodles are hand made and fresh (rare to see in most local ramen restaurants). Not gluten free though, keep this in mind.

šŸ’° I believe the price right now was around 17€/ramen, without including drinks or extra toppings (this was on their first week, so might have changed by the time you read this). You can eat and drink for a bit less than 20€ - very reasonable for the portion and quality of the food.

I would really really recommend everyone to stop by and check it out. Not your average...
