Subway — Restaurant in Amsterdam

I wish I could review them in negative, such bad service, you guys took 2 hours to make a sandwich which is still not delivered, as I write this review I still don't have the order I placed at 11:30 & it's 13:40 now, you guys don't pick up calls, don't even care to update your customer what rubbish is this. Your delivery personal called me at 13:17 said that he had arrived & I stood in the rain for 10 min but the guy is nowhere to be found, if I call you guys don't pick. If I can give them review with 5 negative stars I will. Have ordered several time ls from there and always issue . Sometimes no bread , sometimes not what I ordered and sometimes bad quality . Today was last time I ordered with them and I ordered ice cream but instead of calling me and telling me that they don't have it , they decided to send me broken leftover cookies . It was an unforgettable experience, because it was the absolute worst I've ever had. Ordered on Uber Eats, arrived 2.5 hours later with cold food, called them several times while waiting but no one picked up, and couldn't cancel the order because it was "in progress". To prevent myself from starving to death I ordered from another place, they delivered, I finished eating, and subway was still not here! Just don't order from them, spend your money and time...
