Ordered a paneer jalfrezi with the clear indication of making it not spicy due to diet requirements. Yet we got the spiciest curry ever - barely was able to eat more than a few spoons When I called up to understand why the mess up happened, I got told very rudely that it was my fault because according to them, I do not know the spicy levels of a dish despite it being indicated on the website - fun fact - the online ordering system on their website has no indication about the spice levels. Oh and the dude on the phone was very unhelpful and constantly kept on blaming me for ordering it. Dude just explained north Indian cuisine to someone who grew up eating the same (for 23 years) . Read moreWe did a take away of the food which is simple items: panner wrap, daal makhani, chicken tikka, biryani. I was so disappointed with the taste i can't describe. We said make it spicy it lacked all spices, not for indians. To my surprise Paneer wrap came in naan not tortila or rumali roti and was tasteless, chicken tikka was not fresh, no spices or taste. Daal makhani was worse i had in NL, it was sweet and it didn't look fresh. Biryani was ok with no salt. Total waste of money. With the name and the person who took order it felt it will be an authentic restaurant but NO. I won't...

But to be honest if you’re a vegetarian like me, skip this place. Ordered a vegetable kathi roll (only vegetarian roll option) for takeout since I wanted just a snack, and specifically asked them to make it spicy/flavorful. When I got home I found they had just put basic boiled vegetables with no flavoring, and some tomato ketchup rolled up in a naan. Probably the worst dish I’ve ever had at any Indian place...
