Amore Mio restaurant — Restaurant in Amsterdam

Never again! I thought very naively to order delivery from this place cos just around the corner. Almost 2 hours later, the food was still missing. It took several attempts before they picked up the phone. I wanted to cancel the order, they did not let me but promised they were going to make a discount. All while in the background they kept shouting on how busy they were and demanding i should collect the delivery outside. I received the food almost 3 hours late, with no receipt, no apologie and...

Maybe an idea to let your delivery guy check whether he's got all the orders BEFORE he leaves the restaurant. This is ridiculous. I live in an apartment on the 6th floor and when he rang te bell, he told me to come down to then tell me that he didn't have my order. It's now been more than 2 hours and still there's no food. I highly discourage ordering here.

Update: they forgot my order a second time. My compensation was a free drink. I already payed for one, so now I'm getting...

Awful. Don’t do it. We were staying at an Airbnb and just wanted reasonable delivery. Werent looking for much but they still managed to disappoint majorly. Wow. Took almost town hours, was cold, and tasted awful. Like awful. Totinos frozen pizza would’ve been superior. Awful. Don’t order no matter how desperate you are....
