Ordered some chicken here, it had several hairs on several of the pieces. Looked like it was baked into the coating as well, which means they didn't simply drop the pieces and put them back in the box... This is a hygiene issue in their cooking process.

I contacted Thuisbezorgd support, but they said the company wouldn't do anything except give me a call to "work it out" but they never called.

Dropped promises, no resolution to the issue, money wasted. Never eating here again, absolutely...
