Eduardo's Hideaway—a little gem tucked away on this beautiful island that’s as close to paradise as you can get without needing a passport stamp. We stopped by with our infant son in tow, and let me tell you, this place didn't just serve up incredible food—they made us feel like family.
We decided to try the Island bowl, Pipeline bowl, fries and two frappe coffees. From the first bite, it was clear we were in for a treat. The Island Bowl was like a tropical vacation in a bowl, with fresh fruits and ingredients so vibrant, you could almost hear the ocean. The Pipeline Bowl was packed with so many delicious flavors and textures that each bite felt like a new discovery—this is the kind of healthy food that doesn’t just nourish you, it makes you genuinely happy to be eating it.
And those fries? Let’s just say they were worth every single calorie. Crispy perfection on the outside, soft and warm on the inside—exactly how fries should be. Pair that with their frappe coffees, which were smooth, rich, and just what we needed after a morning of exploring, and you’ve got a meal that hits all the right notes.
But what really stood out was how they treated our little one. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making sure our son was comfortable and entertained while we enjoyed our food. They went out of their way to accommodate us, which any parent knows makes all the difference when dining out. It’s not every day you find a place where the food is top-notch, and the service makes you feel genuinely welcome.
Eduardo’s Hideaway isn’t just a spot to grab a bite; it’s an experience. Delicious, healthy food served up quickly with a smile, and an environment that’s as inviting as it is relaxing. Whether you're a foodie or a family with little ones, this is the kind of place that leaves you already planning your next visit before you've even...
Read moreDo not come here! Service was terribly slow and the waitress was very rude. She walked by our table several times, each time I tried to get her attention she would glance at me and halfway roll her eyes and keep on walking. I cannot fathom what we did to offend her so much, I used please and thank you, and tried my best to kind, but she was still quite rude. It took twenty minutes after sitting down for someone to take our order, and then thirty minutes for our coffee and juice to come out after ordering. Our food also took close to forty-five minutes to arrive after ordering, and was subpar at best. There was barely any cream cheese on my smoked salmon sandwich, and my sister’s plant based sausage was absolutely disgusting. After we finished it then took upwards of twenty minutes for someone to come and collect our dishes (someone other than our waitress, who was continuing to ignore us). He said he would bring out the check, which then took another fifteen minutes to arrive. Our waitress then brought out the machine for us to pay and just shoved the machine in my sister’s face with no words, and smacked the receipt down on the table. I understand that service work is draining, I’ve definitely been there, but it’s not hard to treat people with basic respect. I left feeling disappointed and disrespected, which is certainly not a reputation a...

Visited Aruba for about a week, and was getting tired of expensive gross breakfast until I found Eduardos! I visited here almost every single day after discovering them.
This is perfect for any vegans, vegetarians, and even meat eaters! Every single dish was fresh and delicious. My favorite dish was the Breakfast Platter for Two. It has eggs, toast, avocado, warm homemade salsa, roasted potatoes, greens, and my favorite PLANT BASED SAUSAGE! It tastes like actual meat and is delicious! This platter had a great portion for two adults. The Acai Bowl was also another favorite, it is made fresh, and was amazing.
The staff is always so kind, and will explain anything you have questions with. This location was always so clean, and very cute. I would recommend sitting outside if weather permits, the outside seating is beautiful.
The only thing I would not recommend is take-out. If possible, try to avoid take-out. The menu options are limited (not sure why). You will not be able to get majority dine in items. The Acai Bowl also not as fresh as the dine-in version (the base seem to be previously frozen, very hard to eat).
Overall, this is my all time favorite spot while on vacation. They have very inexpensive compared to the rest of the island, and serve fresh,...
