Horrible service, the food is not spectaculair or delicious. Someone at our table ordered a sandwich and he asked twice to confirm whether or not this was a sandwich with only tuna, the waitress wouldn't even give a proper response to that instead she just repeated the name of the sandwich he ordered. Like if I wanted to know what I ordered I would've just asked that rather than asking what is on my sandwich?! I ordered a salad and no one bothered to inform me that they ran out of the ingredients for this particular salad, instead they claimed that they did point out they ran out of ingriedients for my salad. I was really thankful I wasn't at an empty table so that I could rely on witnesses to confirm no one said they ran out of those salad ingredients! The portions are quite big tho, this combined with the nice setting are really the only positive points of this joint so I would not reccomend this...

Went here while staying in the area for the 75th anniversary of Operation Market Garden. Just across the road from the 101st Airborne DZ/LZ this is a fantastic place to have a meal/ snack or just a coffee break. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A hidden suprise is the museum which sits a short walk at the rear of the restaurant. Well worth the €8 entry. The museum has everything about the battles that occurred in the area and is full of displays. The people who run it are volunteers and have a real passion and are more than happy to speak with you. One of the most fascinating parts is the radio display. The guy who runs it is a great character and clearly has a real passion and lots of enthusiasm for his display, amazing is one word of how I could describe the collection. We organised our company event in this very beautiful event location. First of all our guests were impressed by the beautiful trees staying in the middle of the meeting room which gave the impression to be close to the nature. But it's not only an impression as the location is in the middle of a forest including an old military base which offer a lot of opportunities in teambuilding. We made a survival training really apreciated by out colleagues. I recommend the home made muffins, bitterballs and the delicious yogourt with red fruits. The team is really listenning to your needs and really flexible and proactive. And finally it was really a pleasure to work with them in a familial atmosphere. Your event is really depending on the location and of the organisation team and this event was perfect thanks to them!...
