As I'm a Personal chef I can give my evaluation. We requested 6 dishes different from each other. My suggestion is to change the concept of the Garlic Goat Cheese. Could be with the Italian bread in the oven and melted with honey and tomato with olive oil. The portion of fries potato was burned. Could be fresh or offer a sweet potato option. It will be super nice. The Bavette has too much sauce, and a a strong flavor, a little bit more soft the flavor will be perfect. Ribs was perfect. Pata Negra was good but a small portion of the cheese curado or semi-curado could be amazing to side it. The Crispy Chicken was amazing. The principal Dish, that hat made us give 8.5 points to the dinner tonight, was the Lemon Cheesecake, which was incredible!

Down to earth restaurant near the center of Beverwijk. Cosy setting, friendly staff, and moderately priced. At this place you can have several small dishes as some sort of dining experience. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und haben uns einen Tisch im Außenbereich gesucht.
Nach der Aufnahme der Getränke wurden wir gefragt, ob wir auch essen wollen, was wir bejaht haben. Allerdings bekamen wir keine Karte. Dann kamen die Getränke, von denen eins falsch war. Und wieder die Frage, ob wir etwas essen wollen. Dann bekamen wir endlich Menükarten.
Ich bestellte einen Burger ohne Tomaten. Als der Burger kam, waren gewürfelte Tomaten drauf. Sonst war er aber sehr lecker und reichlich belegt. Die vegetarischen Bitterballs waren geschmacklich ganz okay. Die Wurst auf dem Hotdog Iberico war ziemlich fettig. Dafür dass es eine große Portion sein sollte, war es nicht viel. Ein Gericht wurde komplett vergessen (Sandwich Ham & Cheese); wir mussten eine Viertelstunde darauf warten. Geschmacklich war auch das ganz okay. (Immerhin besser als der Hotdog.)
Wir haben ein Getränk nachbestellt, das wieder falsch gebracht wurde.
