Eten was prima. Klantvriendelijkheid niet zo. Ze waren een product vergeten te leveren. Toen ik ze hiervoor opgebeld had en uitlegde wat er aan de hand was kreeg ik een botte reactie terug. Het product zou ik wel moeten hebben gekregen want de persoon aan de telefoon had hem zelf gemaakt. Ik legde uit dat ik dit toch echt niet ontvangen had en de andere producten wel. Nogmaals melde ze dat dit product echt gemaakt was en dat het er misschien dan anders uit zou zien als dat ik verwacht had. Nogmaals melde ik dat dit niet het geval was. Uiteindelijk zei men dat het dan nog wel in de tas zou moeten liggen en dat ze m dan wel terug zou sturen de bezorger. Niet echt een professionele reactie naar mijn mening. .

Vandaag nogmaals een bestelling gedaan. Wederom is er weer wat vergeten! Echt ongelofelijk! Nooit meer bestellen daar! Gewoon weer geld...
