We had a wonderful experience at Smooth Operators. The owner was a true delight and we really enjoyed what we ordered.

We came in the early afternoon after stopping by a food truck and hopes of getting our favorite flavor, Lulo Soda. Unfortunately, they were out. But that was OK because I was able to get a soursop and mango smoothie instead. It was absolutely refreshing. My husband got to try a new soda flavor that he enjoyed as well.

Because it was between mealtime, we had no line at all. We were gonna stay and enjoy the drinks at some of their tables, but decided to head to the beach instead with our drinks.

Make sure you find a way to bring back their bottles, or drop them off at someone who sells their products, so that they can continue to reuse them. We did at the cactus food truck! They take the bottles clean and disinfect them and then produce their sodas in there. We love their efforts to reuse all glass bottles, including beer bottles.

We had an incredible experience at this smoothie shop! The freshness of the ingredients is unbeatable—many of the fruits, like dragon fruit and mint, are grown right in the owner’s garden. You can truly taste the difference in every sip. The smoothies are bursting with flavor, and the quality is top-notch. On top of that, the owner is friendly and passionate about what he does, and clearly dedicated to providing the best for his customers. A gem of a stop for anyone looking for a refreshing and tropical drink in Bonaire. The drinks are made fresh without any sweeteners or dairy products. The owner is also very friendly and makes suggestions about possible drink mixes other than the ones on the menu. He makes the experience as pleasant as the drinks he makes!
