Bonaire Blond Brewery — Restaurant in Bonaire

This may be one of the best restaurants on bonaire currently. Unfortunately, I think many restaurants lose their touch & inconsistent with different owners, staff etc but in my opinion this one getting better. Photos are of Nicoise salad, Caribbean style with tuna & a chicken quesadilla. The presentation was beautiful and both were so fresh and really outstanding. It was the best quesadilla I have ever had! I have also tried the ceasar salad and that was also delicious. The staff are very friendly as well. And of course, the beer is very good. One last compliment.. both the brewery area and la cantina restaurant ( same menu) absolutely perfect setting, abundance of flowers and very serene. Kudos to the chef & staff! Always a great experience....

At first I thought the vibe was quite cool here. Kind of a cozy space. The person who greeted us was friendly enough. The beer was decent enough, although nothing that special. We went on a Friday night. It wasn't overly crowded. We sat at the bar and it was as if we didn't exist. The bartender didn't seem to care about us. She worked hard to avoid us and didn't make eye contact. She took the menu away even though we told her we were going to order dinner. I ordered ceviche but it never came. We live and work on Bonaire, and the Brewery (the Cantina) is hands down our favorite restaurant, since we started visiting in 2018. The management and day to day staff is phenomenal, the food always exceeds our expectations, and the environment is welcoming, and always comfortable. We especially love the Truffle Linguine, Ceviche, Fish & Chips, and Tenderloin. Be sure to get the delicious side salad! Best drink selection on Bonaire, most delicious Jalepeño Margaritas and Espresso Martinis too! If we could only eat out once, this is where we would go. Lucky for us, we can...
