Sushi Express — Restaurant in Bonaire

Amazing sushi for a great price! Little gem off the beaten track. Next to irie the amazing Jamaican! When visiting Bonaire make sure to visit both places for great food. 6/5 service and quality of fish. Great serving make sure to only order 1 or 2 dishes a person. We had the fiji tempura which was the best and the fresh tuna sashimi (after the chef suggested it because we first wanted salmon but there was a fresh tuna to be cut) 🍣 tuna nigiri which happened to be a super nice cut up gunkan and a Ebi nigiri which was a giant shrimp 🍤 tempura nigiri. Only thing I regret is not having saved a spot for dessert. Would love to try the fried ice cream...

We went there on a calm monday eve. The waiter was friendly and full of positive energy. He noticed me having trouble with the mosquitos and brought us some insect repellent free to use.

We ordered the edamame, the Tempura Roll and the Fuji roll. It was brought nicely presented on a small wooden ship, nice touch. The food was great and the small touch of eel sauce was just right. With two beers we paid a total of 55$ incl a tip for the good service.

Been here twice in 2 weeks! We are obsessed! Coming from the Uk and Holland we have a good choice of sushi but this is another level.

The Fuji roll is covered in extra tempura shrimp and the eel sauce is to die for! The Alaska roll we had today was so fresh as well!
