This evening my daughters (3 and 1 years old) visit my brother in law and my nieces (5 and 3 years old). He came up with the idea to go and have pizza with the girls. We chose pasa bon pizza because of the review my brother in law has about this place because of the years he's been buying pizza here. The girls where so exited because as most of the kids they love pizza. We came in and there was an empty unreserved table for 6. We asked if we can take that table so we can eat in instead of take away. By the face expression of the lady at the counter we immediately understood that they didn't want us there. Maybe because we had 4 little girls? We didn't made an issue and ordered a pizza to go and sat at the little lounge and waited for out order. Naturally the kids are talking, laughing, giggling, etc. Just being kids. They weren't running around or breaking stuf or climbing and those things. Suddenly the owner of this place, Joe??!??, came with a very high and brutal tone of voice almost shouting over the counter and told us: "excuse me but those kids can't be in here making noises, go to the porch, we'll try to give you your pizza as soon as posible". We understood the reason behind his reaction but the point is the way he said it. We felt like stray dogs or cats. And scared the hell of the kids. We stood up, took the kids to the porch. Right behind us the lady gave us the pizza without even 1 single napkin and walked back in. My advice to this place is, if you don't want children in your place, stop selling pizza or install a sign saying "no kids allowed" and please follow some courses of how to handle or speak to your customer. Build some customer service skills. You have to be ashamed. Preferably some cute happy and exited little kids in your place than cats walking around in your kitchen like in your ex location while you prepared pizza for your customer. We will never visit this place again and won't recommended it to anyone who ask us about this place. Very unprofessional and bad...
Read moreMy family of 5 went to this restaurant two different times. The pizza, cheese garlic bread and both kinds of lasagna was amazing, however service wasn’t great. The waiter had a snarky demeanor and it felt like we were an inconvenience. The first night we went at an out 7pm and we ordered everything mentioned above. After ordering the he returned to tell us they had no more lasagna. It’s homemade so I understand however he should have known before we ordered what the stock was. We got the cheese bread as an appetizer and ate that but canceled the pizza order paid for the drinks and bread and left. We kept hearing great things about the food and really wanted to try the lasagna and pizza so we returned again at 5pm right when they opened and we’re lucky enough to snag the last of their lasagnas. We had the same waiter and his demeanor was the same. This time he was complaining about the owner not providing the ingredients they had been requesting and was just very unprofessional. The food took forever. We were there for a good 2 hours and were the only table this entire time. We waited an hour before any food came out. Again we ordered everything I had previously mentioned. They did have delivery orders but that shouldn’t have...
Read morePromised in 45min, took almost 2 hours to get cold, mediocre pizza.
We had a hard time even getting ahold of them to place an order. When we did, it was promised in 45 min. It was to be $67 for two pizzas which is pretty steep to start with. After an hour and 15min we contacted them and they said the driver just left (it is only a 5 min drive) but still no pizza. At an hour and 45 min we contacted them again and they said they would get back to us. At just short of two hours, our pizza finally showed up cold. When the driver got there he told us that he had not even been contacted to come pick up the pizza till more than an hour after we had placed the order. You could also tell that even if it was hot, it would have been cheap ingredients, not very many toppings, and mediocre crust. We definitely will be steering clear of here in the future and...
