CHO&CO — Restaurant in Bunschoten

I’m a chocolate lover and when I came to live in this town I was so happy to see CHO&CO. Unfortunately the last two times I went I was very disappointed with the customer service or better said: the lack of it! Last Saturday It took around 20 minutes for someone to come and take our order. We waited for another 30 minutes, saw a family that came after us being served, finished their drinks and food. And still nothing for us. We decided to left and while we were grabbing our stuff, saw another customer stand up and went downstairs to call a waitress. Ridiculous! We were very patient for more than 50 minutes for just two drinks! A friendly advice to the restaurant: remove tables if you don’t have enough staff to attend all your customers or think of a better system. We also saw waitresses asking to all the tables if they order what she had on the tray (probably from customers that waited too long and left).
