Okawari Castricum — Restaurant in Castricum

First negative review I have ever written, food is good, but coming with 4 childeren of 11 and 12 and next to ordering a fully paid drink and full price for the all you can eat, having to pay 31,20 euro for 4 liters of water after I friendly asked if they wanted to refill with tap water (after we ordered the first bottle) and the very negative reaction to that question makes me not return to Okawari unfortunately. The maki portions are huge, so after 2 rounds for the kids and 2,5 for us and a dessert for the kids (that is a nice option for just a little extra) we were really full and paid 235 euro @okowari I hope you will balance the earning money and price/quality ratio a little better. I came in for takeaway after a day out, and was greeted very warmly. The service of the staff was absolutely great and I was helped quickly. It also didn't take too long for the food to be made ready for me.

The restaurant is closed due to Covid so we went and ordered some take-away (there's a 30% discount if you order before 17:00). We got the Maki & the Sushi Menu and have to say we were pleasantly suprised! A lot of variety and some new ones we've never tried or seen before, everything tasted good and fresh. Came with soy sauce (was also offered extra but it's already too much haha) and wasabi & pickled ginger. I'm glad it came with ginger but I really wish the ginger was separate from the wasabi as the wasabi juices flowed all over it. Will definitely order...
