To answer your response, I apologize, I was unable to write a comment at that time. This was by far our worst dining experience on the island. I ordered a mixed grill which according to the menu included a side salad, chicken, choirzo, a pork chop and fried plantains. What I got was the chicken and pork chop and less than one piece of romaine lettuce sliced up with what appeared to by mayonnaise on it. I asked the waitress about the missing items and she said it didn't come with the dish. I said it was on the menu and she went back and checked the menu but did not return. She never checked on us but when I called her over, she did not apologize and just told me I would have to talk to the people at the bar if I had a problem. After the meal a woman came over and rudely told me they were out of plantains. I said that is understandable but would have liked to know before the order. She shrugged her shoulders and left without addressing the chorizo. I didn't bother to ask about the salad. When I paid at the bar a different woman asked me if I enjoyed my meal. I told her I did not and she shrugged her shoulders and told me the bill amount. Throughout all of this the staff was either rude or indifferent and offered no apology. I will start this off by saying that i have never before left a review of any restaurant before in my life and my first one will be the sunset terrace. First, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, it is the last night of my hooneymoon, we were given 2 small bottles of Prosecco (200ml). Cool, i figured we would get atleast one or two after we finished those. We were informed that that was all they had. Understandable, i asked we only be charged for half a bottle, since we received roughly half of a bottle. Next the food, which was brought out without napkins and utensils. The Waiter seemed absolutely annoyed when i asked for them. My wife ordered veggies with her meal which was tuna steak that arrived completely brown, cooked well past what she ordered. The waiter even more annoyed that we requested said veggies brought out a salad! Ha!!! I asked him what that was he said “veggies, salad” and walked away. Long story short we finally got the veggies and were not given half price for the Prosecco. I would never ever suggest anyone to eat here. Weve been traveling around South America for a month and have had pretty bad service which is ok. It is standard for most restaurants to be a little apathetic, we were used to it. But this was a whole new level.

Out of all my travels around the Caribbean this is by far the worst experience we have ever encountered. Warning to any English speaking individuals to avoid this place as it is clearly not catered, especially if you have children. It wasn’t that busy for 4pm sit down and waited almost 15 mins to have someone serve us. It took over an hour to have food served and it’s disappointing to watch other locals come and go after we arrived. It was super hot day and all I wanted to do is order drinks. The server we had was terrible and didn’t care. I asked for my bill 20 mins before our food even arrived. Ordered jumbo shrimp with sides but even that was a rip off. I will include pictures and you can see for yourselves. Worst place ever, I would not recommend this place at all. I approached the waitress and asked for the bill a second time and she pointed to owner because she knew she screwed up but no apologies.
