Fresh Curacao — Restaurant in Curaçao

We ordered food to bring with us to the airport for lunch. I loved the menu and was excited about finally getting some veg after several days of meat/fried food. I ordered the kale chicken Cesar sandwich and my partner got the chicken goat cheese sandwich. They were ok, but oh my goodness the wait! 35 minutes for two sandwiches for takeout. We were ready for a wait, but that seemed pretty excessive especially considering what we got. Not many vegetables at all — really not even much kale! — in my sandwich and not in the other one either. Check my photos. Both were pictured with a small side salad on the menu, but we just got baked potato wedges, which I would have asked for them to hold had I known they came with it. I had higher hopes, but this place did not deliver what I was looking for. Very friendly staff and they brought us water while we waited, which was nice. But really we just wanted to get some healthy food and get to the airport; sitting next to to the busy highway where this is located is noisy and not a great vibe for hanging out very long, and the food was not as healthy...

We live in the area, and are looking for a new place where we can order healthy takeaways once or twice a week. We stumbled upon fresh and were super excited to try, so we preordered food at 20:30, and then came over at 20:45, knowing that they’d stay open until 23:00.

Turns out they didn’t have time to check the phone, alright, that can happen, we sent the message just 15 minutes prior anyways. In the meantime though they did just close the kitchen so we couldn’t get food anymore. Not that it mattered, because they never heard of the dish we ordered, turned out the menu on the website isn’t correct.

Maybe the food is good, maybe it isn’t, but it doesn’t really matter if you’re not transparent about your opening hours and about what food you’re...

This is the place Curaçao has desperately needed. I’m so so thankful Fresh opened. As an American on the island for 3+ years, I’ve gotten very tired of the restaurant selection- options are too limited, food quality and service varies significantly, and flavors can be lacking. I’ve now been to Fresh 3x and each time was outstanding. I want to try everything on the menu. The ingredients are fresh, service is friendly and fast, and the food and drink options are both creative and delicious. I feel nourished after each meal and very satisfied.
