La Costa Nostra Curaçao — Restaurant in Curaçao

On our last evening on Curaçao we went to the Costa nostra at the roundabout at caracasbaai and this was a pleasant surprise for us. The menu contains several dishes different from what we have seen in the other restaurants in the island. After long consideration we chose the salmon with pistaciocrust and the skirtsteak on risotto. Both were superb! After this we were curious to see what piece of art the chef could make as a dessert and also there we were nog disappointed. And all for a more than reasoble price. Our only regret lies in the fact we only discovered this restaurant on our last evening, otherwise we surely would go to this restaurant...

Without a doubt the best food+service+drinks!!! I'm glad that even though it was challenging to start this year with covid, you still started. And now a couple of months later giving us the best evening. The only thing I was disappointed about, was that we could only eat here once as it was our last evening here. Otherwise my goal for the week was to try everything...

Sinds Augustus 2020 is dit restaurant La Costa Nostra, voorheen was dit Meat the Fish. In het laatstgenoemde restaurant ben ik zelf nooit geweest maar waren de recensies lovend. Ik kan je vertellen dat La Costa Nostra deze recensies ook waar maakt! Wat hebben we hier vanavond heerlijk zitten eten. De Catch of the Day was een surf & turf gerecht wat bestond uit tenderloin en shrimps. Een lekkere combinaties met de nodige groentes erbij. Ook de House burger beviel aan de andere kant van de tafel. Als toetje hebben we de brownie en cheesecake op, machtige maar lekkere toetjes.
