I made an order on Thuis, after 1hr, there is no delivery. When I call the store, the person tells me that they couldnt reach me on my phone becuase my number is wrong, which is false. (I never had this problem with previous orders) Then takes my number, tells me the order will be out and at my place in half an hour. As I write it has been 1 hour since that call and 2 hours in total. I will never order from this...

Terrible servicio , terrible atencion al cliente , se equivocan con LA order y no atienden all cliente, tonight I had an order with the restaurant and I called to let them know that I miss something from my delivery and the approach of the situation was very unprofessional,very unfriendly , I don't recommend this...

They use cheap Albert Heijn burgers or chicken, don’t waste your money here.

EDIT: The owner replied saying they are close since 5 months. Well, I bought from them much more before than 5 months ago. 100% garbage. McDonald’s is 5 star...
