I was a regular client of this coffee place. Food was good, coffee as well. But today everything changed - I bought two apple pies take away and I asked to give a bigger slice, when a lady told me that bigger slices are 50 cents more expensive...ok...no problem, but are clients informed about that? Is there any price list for these "bigger slices"? No. No one informed me, there is no differentiation between prices - I would say it's an interesting case for tax authority. Another thing - lady wanted to put two slices of soft apple pie in a paper bag...I asked politely to put in a small carton, because they could be damaged...Also, and the most important - I had to wait 5 minutes for a coffee, why? Lady put a shot of espresso, started doing other tasks and only because I reminded here, she put milk into my latte...so my coffee was waiting there for 5 minutes. and getting cold. District DZ, you glorious little spot â you made us feel caffeinated, nourished, and emotionally supported. We'll be back. Probably in...

I cannot comment on reply from owner but can add it here: 1st time I see that owner instead of saying something like âsorry for bad experience, please come next time and hope you like something elseâ is trying to âfightâ with client for saying something staff didnât like or that I should of asked to take out horseradish. What is you goal? To attract more loyal clients or exclude everyone that didnât like something from menu and saying out...
