Terrible experience – discriminatory and disorganized service

I live on campus and placed an order before 12:00 noon. By 12:44, I called to check the status. The staff member on the phone was dismissive, repeatedly saying “we are busy” without even asking for my order number. Only after I insisted did he check and said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I live just 2 minutes away and had been looking forward to a relaxed Sunday, which they completely ruined.

The order was eventually given to a driver who took it to the wrong station (before Diemen Zuid), and I received no answer after multiple calls from different numbers. There is no working customer service line, and the in-app chat is just a virtual assistant that’s no help at all.

This is not the first time I’ve felt mistreated. When I visited in person, I noticed all Dutch customers being served first—even though my takeaway order was ready and waiting. This pattern is not just poor service—it feels discriminatory.

Overrated, overpriced, and completely lacking in respect for non-Dutch customers. I will not be ordering from here again, and I suggest others think twice as well.

15 minutes for a coffee that we ended picking up ourself. Coffee was just warm. Then another 10 minutes for our bagels, but only after asking where our order was. When we did ask the answer was that there was only one girl working the bagel line. When i replied that there was 6 staff available the answer was “so what?”. Six staff for max 30 clients and still having to wait 25 mins for a bagel.

I had the Mexican bagel that was lacking flavor and seasoning. The cheese on it was the cheap plastic American cheese, barely melted, and had clearly been standing ready for a while as the cheese had turned even more plasticy and the nachos were soft and soggy.

The dirty dishes area was so full that they had to use a guest table to store the rest of the dirty dishes.

The waitress thinks that she's amazing but actually she had no customer focus, or perhaps just for a few customers. I felt ignored and had to wait almost 30 min for a bagel with chocolate sprinkles and the place was not even busy. They were so slow to bring the food that I wished I had my order before wasting my time there. Bad atmosphere and vibes from people that think they are better than others. Super strange service, people arrived after me and got their food before. Only attention to take away order. Don't bring kids there, they have no empathy and they don't...
