Jawel's Kitchen — Restaurant in Diemen

Yesterday 11th of April 2024 I ordered some pasta and loaded fries from Jawel’s kitchen. I was really excited to try out some new food with my girlfriend but unfortunately they got a delivery driver that was quite rude and inefficient. He called us saying that he was waiting outside for 10 minutes and he didn’t even ring the door so there was no way we could know since it was a driver from the restaurant and not one assigned from Uber eats. When he called I immediately told him I was coming downstairs and he was very rude and hanged up the phone. Once I was downstairs there was no one with our food. So basically he called to say he was waiting and left instead of giving us our food. After that we called the restaurant and they told us that they would send the driver again to deliver us our food and no one came. Since no one came we thought we should call the driver so we called and he told us to delete his phone number from our phone and that he left the food at the restaurant. Thus, we called again and the restaurant told us they would send someone but again after waiting for a total of 2-3h they never came. Ended up without food at midnight, 3 hours wasted and having to ask for a refund to Uber eats. Super annoying frustrating and disappointed on the delivery service they got.
