last time we ordered a 14 hot-wing bucket at drive-thru, and guess how many wings I got in that bucket? only 10!!!!! ridiculous!!! can no one at KFC count to 14???? so i paid € 11.95 for 10 hotwings.... remember always count your hotwings in the bucket before you start eating!!!!! always less than what you should actually get....what a coincidence eh? Never enough chairs to sit inside friday to sunday evening. You have to literally stand next to people to wait, who are still eating but almost finished... so they feel guilty eating their food and you feel guilty rushing them. We ordered a corn on the side but it was just plain. No butter anymore like it did, which of course we didn't know. We asked the manager for our money back, she said it's been like that for 7 months and there's nothing wrong with your food so NO! NO money back!! so a completely tasteless small piece of corn cost us €2.50... (last time we ordered a corn on the side was 1 year ago. We're not a big fan of fastfood....) many people had to wait for 1 hour before they got their food on a sunday evening (6pm-7pm)!! shame on this so-called "FASTFOOD" chain. No cash order due to lack of employees, only 6 order machines and 1 was even not working... I cannot think of any worse fastfood restaurant...
Read moreDuring waiting on my take-out order I was surprised how many people check on the counter desk their bag (order) with food and how many times it happens that there was something wrong or missing. Visited this place 3times, saw-like 10people complain about the order that was not complete. It happens to me also (taking a bucket of chicken + fries + popcorn, 2/3 in the bag one missing)
Employees don't see it as a big deal. Probably manager should make a speech to them about quality of service.
Also once I was eating in, can say that half the tables are "closed" because of corona and the second half is just dirty. From the time when I was there, I never saw any employee cleaning tables (Probably just morning and evening).
Message to manager: talk to your employees, make them some quality of...

The "Cup return" system is pretty yikes tho... You need to hold a QR code in front of a camera (that gives no feedback on what it sees) then it gives you a code for the Tikkie app (your regular banking app won't do) that you then need to hook up to your bank account. So to get your 1 euro for the cup back, you need to: Install a 3rd party app. Create an account. Hookup your bank account. Scan the Tikkie code.
I think people will be more inclined to take the cups back home.
It'd be better do just have them collect at the counter (or use RFID for the next iteration) and have the machine print some coupons you can use on your next KFC visit. Easier for the customer and gives them a minor...
