I regularly visit this place. I usually order a variety bucket with couple of sides. I hear people complain a lot about food mix up. Did not happen to me anytime my be one time. So I do not complain about that. It is convenient that there is 3 ordering machines however, space inside is very small. If there is a crowd, it feels very cramped. Luckily there is outside seating if you do not mind the cold weather. The food served here is very standard, so as long as right order comes to you, it should be OK. During peak hours there is many staff inside. I rarely waited for too long for my order. While waiting, I usually go to lidl across the street to buy some drinks. I trulry love KFC. Has been working in KFC Poland. What I noticed here, is so sad that I litterally won't come back. Employees totally DON'T care. The girl which is serving food litterally laying on the desk, borred and unhappy. Employees ignoring guests. Employee went to the toilet for mothers and babies sitting in the toilet for over 20 minutes. Woman with her crying child standing next to us, as she had to change his pampers.
If Mr. Colonel will provide such a quallity we won't even hear about what KFC is.
