Het Griekse Hoekje Eindhoven — Restaurant in Eindhoven

This place is a hidden gem with real traditional greek food. Damnnn!

I've eaten at the restaurant (which is a little friettent sfeer with incoming delivery people) butttt it's all about friendliness of the people and the quality of the food. These are both outstanding!

Home made cole salad, tzaziki and amazing souvlaki and gyros.

I can highly recommend but then I was having dinner right at the source and no delivery time.

In my experience the language barrier can become a little defensive when something is not ok (as mentioned in previous review in which the guy writes the food was cold and the owners were rude). When on holiday you may experience these things as well as part of Mediterranean...

Possibly the best Greek fast food of Eindhoven. The souflaki (meat skewers) are tender inside , crunchy outside and they taste as they should. You can get them in a sandwich or separately, both are great options. The gyros also is tasty and the meat is never too dry. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. Small negative points: 1) if you eat inside prepare to wash all your clothes the day after due to the strong delicious food smell, 2) the moussaka is far from good (but it is almost impossible to get a decent moussaka out of Greece tbh) so I suggest to just take grilled-meat based dishes as these are the strong points...

Ondertussen 2 uur verder. Eindelijk werd er opgenomen. “Het komt over 15’. ONGELOFELIJK. Dit echt NOOIT meer. Bestel hier GEEN eten, zeer onbeleefd “heb geduld”. We hebben 17:15 besteld, doe normaal zeg! Gooi in godsnaam je thuisbezorgd dicht als je je kwaliteit en service niet kunt waarborgen!!!!!!!!!

Ik ga nu toch echt even mijn ongenoegen uiten. Afgelopen keren was het zoals onderstaand beschreven. Wederom wachten wij nu WEER 1,5 uur. 20x geprobeerd te bellen maar we krijgen meteen dat het telefoonnummer niet in gebruik is. Kabel eruit getrokken omdat het te druk is en jullie het niet redden?

Dit is echt oprecht de allerlaatste keer geweest. HEEL slecht, echt slechter dan slecht.

Áltijd heerlijk genoten van Het Griekse Hoekje. Mijn vriend is Grieks en ging echt goed op de souvlakia. Na de eerste klacht netjes privé ingediend te hebben wil ik nu toch onze tweede ervaring ook delen. Eerste keer 2,5 uur moeten wachten op 2 pita gyros die ijskoud waren, vlees ook niet lekker. Reactie? Was onze eigenschuld, hadden we 2 dagen ervoor maar moeten bestellen, geen excuses niks. Gisteravond weer 1,5 uur gewacht op 2 souvlakia en 3 regular pita broodjes. Netjes gebeld om te vragen of alles okey was. Antwoord; even geduld he jij 😅. Spiesen waren onwijs zout, echt niet okey! Heel bitter door verbranding van het vlees. Super jammer dat bij “drukte en paniek” de kwaliteit...
