This is a thanks note:
On July 2nd I have flight to go in Eindhoven Airport. I took the bus to there but my stomach started aching. I have this kinda illness since I was young (and itâs really annoying), so I went to Mc Donaldâs for a cup of hot tea or water. The pain in my stomach is really too much that actually I cannot stand or order the drink by myself. I asked one staff there for help and he responded fast, together with other staffs here they helped me and asked me if there was anything else they can do. They offered me free tea and showed care to me which I really appreciate. I thrown up a bit in the bathroom and felt better (but I went home bc my stomach is really painful đ„Č), really wanna find them and say thank you face to face but they are in busy hour so I feel itâs better not disrupting them. Therefore I write this thanks note. Thanks for helping me when I am in a bad situation and I would never forget this warm deed I experienced in this place and this country.    Read moreTwo different offers on different days. Twice the order was incomplete and the Customer Service just give you a voucher but didnât resolve the issue. Voucher to fries are kind of useless if you order a menu. We offered Customer Service various options to resolve the issue, including just sending a Happy Meal toy for our daughter (as she also had PokĂ©mon cards as a âbookâ?) and calling it a day, nothing was possible other than a voucher for the specific product that was missing in the menu.
Itâs worth to skip this restaurant and the restaurant in Veldhoven (too busy often) and drive to the location in Best.
If you want to bet your order will be complete, make sure you check your order before you leave...

Walked in and saw 5 of 6 numbers on the 'waiting screen' so I ordered thru one of the machines.Got my number (takeaway) and went to sit and wait. After a few minutes the numbers on the screen began to increase and were nowhere near my number. We waited 20 minutes and when I went to ask she told me they were nowhere near my order. So I canceled my order and left after about 27 minutes (they told me 13 more orders before we start yours) So half an hour gone, no food and extra parking costs. That's not fast food at all. Biggest mistake is to not have all the numbers on the screen so people can make an informed decision if they want to...
