New York Pizza — Restaurant in Eindhoven

Here are some pictures to show you how much they scam you. We ordered 2x 30cm pepperoni hot honey pizzas. They both arrived with ONE THIRD of the amount of pepperoni shown on their website. We called the place and the man told us that they made a mistake and that we should have gotten 18 pepperonis instead of the 12 we got (mind you, 18 is still half of what’s shown on the website). He told us that we can get €5 discount on our next order which has to be a joke. We paid €30 euros for this and you want us to spend another €30 just to get €5 off a scam? Why in the world would we order here ever again? I was biting on tasteless dough 80% of the time while...

Pizza's are nice but ordering 2x 30cm pizza and turning up to be 24-25cm or less is kind of a bummer

(UPDATE1): Ordered again just to see if anything changed, now 2x 30cm pizza's are 30cm indeed! that's a plus, it did take 1.5hrs to deliver but the size was good this time thus changing 2 stars to 4, hope they would keep that up

(UPDATE 2): Ordered at 9:08pm(05/11/23) and receive the order at 11:27pm ..I called 3 times, they said they are to busy and they don't have a delivery guy, 2 hours and 19 minutes for pizza? surely I won't order for a LONG time after this / changing it to 2 stars, 2...

As others have said, they will cancel orders and never refund the money. Literal stealing. Never order from these scammers.

Edit: The new owner replied to this review saying that they could "help resolve this with the previous owner". This rings a bit hollow, as they did not share any contact details with me. We also tried to get our money back for months with both the head office of New York Pizza - who had the same excuse as the new owner that we need to sort it out with the franchise owner - and the franchise owner, who was not co-operative at all.
