KFC — Restaurant in Enschede

Staff always gets order wrong. First instance we went, we ordered 3 pieces chicken for dine-in. We got 2pcs instead. Thankfully, since we dined in, it was easy to have this reported and corrected.

Second time, I had my husband order 10pcs of their Hot n Spicy chicken. He did a drive thru. Upon reaching home, we saw that only 8pcs were in the bucket. We called and they took our details and said to go back to the branch and we'll get the 2pcs back. It was quite a bit of a drive but we did it still as soon as we called that evening. We also decided to order an additional zinger stacker burger. We were also given the two pieces chicken that we missed from our prior order plus two additional, perhaps for the inconvenience so I thought that was nice of them at least. We decided to eat the food in the resto rather than bring it home since we were already there anyway. The chicken they gave us were original chickens. The zinger stacker burger we ordered also was just their original recipe. We didn't want to complain anymore and just ate it anyway but it was completely disappointing that there were always errors...

UPDATE August 2018: Worst KFC in Enschede. I was there and had to wait 30 mins, only to be finally told they lost our meals, event though we asked several times. But then a few teenagers returned their orders as it wasn't right, well okay that happens. But the staff placed the already opened boxes back in the same area where the new food was being served from the "kitchen" also, essentially mixing up returned food with new food. I asked for our money back, mentioned to the manager also, who put it off as it was okay, because they knew which boxes where what (impossible to see and she couldn't even see it either)... then we went to KFC in Hengelo and it...

The fast food chain for sumptuous fried chicken in town located right in the heart of shopping Centre in Holland-Enschede. Staffs are friendly but place is not so clean. There are multiple choices to order fried chicken.. in a basket or just a few pieces to satisfy your appetite. There are side orders to go with the fried chicken and burger.. fries, corn cobs, their signature gravy, drinks, salads and desserts. Price is right and service is fast. You can also order from their automated machines located right inside the restaurant. There is always a long queue especially on weekends. Always good to come back here...
