Koi Asian Food — Restaurant in Goes

Great all you can eat place if you are really craving for semi Asian food in a not too fancy setting. Unfortunately, drinks are not included, but you can order an all-you-can-drink too. We came with 3 adults and 4 young kids, and they loved the variety in choices. The food was good, but didn’t really come across as authentic Japanese, more of a popular asian mix of japanese, chinese and korean (and Dutch with frikandel LOL). Anyway we had a good evening, the kids enjoyed it, but it was super pricey, especially because we came on a Saturday. The ambience is more of a typical Chinese restaurant but that didn’t matter, we just came to celebrate and feast for a special occasion. Its easy to loose track of who ordered what as there is only one tablet (or app) to order the food and I think some things we never got. But servers were friendly and patient. A nice sushi restaurant, with a cozy interior and a pretty standard menu. They work fast and are always asking if you need anything.

The sushi / sashimi and everything else is pretty good, and I am happy they keep the added sauces to a minimum. However often the rolls are a bit of a mess, there seems to be more effort in making them fast than giving a good presentation/constancy.

And we really need to point out a very disappointing issue, the amount of salt used in... Everything..... Be prepared to wake up in the middle of the night with a mouth so dry it resembles the...

I decided too eat here because i like sushi reservation 19:00, at 19:20 I am asked too wait outside for a table inside (it is cold outside). 19:45 a couple is getting the inside table, not me (i am alone). The couple arranges the table inside for me... thank you :-) The sushi is very salty, wasabi and gember pickle needs to be ordered as a side dish...? At the end of the night 2 of the ordered dishes do not come so i decide too leave, it is by then 21:45.. not a...
