I ate here today with my friends, and it was absolutely terrible. The chefs were incompetent and rude. My friend went to the wok station four times — and three out of four times they gave him the wrong sauce. The grill was a disgrace: overly salted and peppered meat, barely cooked through, and the chef almost looked like he wanted to spit on us with how nastily he stared. I was served a half-raw, burnt-on-the-outside piece of meat, and apparently I was supposed to be thankful for it.
The sushi? Only five types, made with yesterday’s rice. Most of the food seemed to be from the day before as well — everything was dry, and when we mentioned it to the chefs, they simply didn’t care.
At the so-called “pizza” section, you can choose toppings, and then they bake you something they call a pizza — about the size of a Coke cup. Pathetic. Completely inedible. Service was awful, and the waiters were undertrained. There was one young girl in particular who didn’t speak Dutch, and only a tiny bit of English. When we asked for a knife and fork, she literally said: “Over there, somewhere, go ask someone else, just leave me alone.”
We stood up and left. 38 euros per person for six people — this is robbery. OH and we also complain at the reception, they was...
Read moreI had a great time at this place! With its huge amount of choices in food and drinks we couldn't even try half of it in two hours while almost exploding with the piles of food we tried. The quality of the food was also surprisingly good, it was all delicious. Even the sushi, which is usually pretty bad at an all you can eat place.
The only downside to this place is the atmosphere. It obviously isn't build for enjoying the nice surroundings and the paths in between tables and at the beverages are definitely too small.
I personally didn't mind it too much, though. Just have a little bit of patience when walking and you're all right. Next to this there seems to be a focus on children as well because there was a place they could all get paint on their face and they can get some small presents. This makes it a great place for families with young children, but a bad place for people who just want some peace...
Read moreWas here during christmas and I had a great evening. Even though it was especially busy during the christmas days, all staff remained very professional and were quick to guide us to our table. The staff at the bar were excellent and prepared our drinks swiftly.
The food tasted amazing and there is a wide variety of food too, ranging from grilled meats and vegetables, sushi and french fries to slushy’s, cotton candy and baklava.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how accommodating it was for kids. There is a playground area upstairs and I saw many children walking around with face paint done. On top of that even a santa claus appeared during our time here. The kids loved it and they even got a little toy as a present as well.
10/10 I will definitely come back to...
