Johnny's Burger — Restaurant in Haarlem

I made an order from Johnny's last saturday, and the food could not be delivered due to a snow storm. I completely accept this.

I was called to offer redelivery of my food, with icecream as a bonus, I turned down the ice cream and said I understood, and that I would love the food to be delivered another time.

The delivery didn't show. When I tried to contact the restaurant the number didn't work.

As I was called from a mobile phone when my order could not be delivered I called them back and was told to get a refund from thuis bezorgd and the phone was having technical issues.

Looking at other reviews this is not the first time this has happened.

I recently ordered from Johnny and was blown away by their fast delivery and delicious food. Despite ordering during a busy time, my food arrived quickly and was still hot and fresh.

I ordered the BLT burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. The bacon was crispy, the lettuce was fresh, and the tomato was juicy - all perfectly complementing the savory beef patty. The taste was simply incredible!

I ordered from this restaurant using Uber eats. The order was not being delivered to my address. When I called the restaurant, they claimed that someone tried to deliver the food even though I was next my home's entrance window all the time and no one came.
