Cartwright's — Restaurant in Hardenberg

Their service was so bad, even the service at McDonalds has better quality customer service. And even ignored our valid concerns

Food was oké. Besides the fact that they forgot a partial of our order. Prices are “ok” considering it is a themepark but!! They serve a kids meal without anything for the kids… even when they serve it in a kids merchandise drinking cup.. you are not allowed to take it home.. not even a drawing with pencils are provided … kinda cheap done tbh… would not call it kid friendly. The children’s a fries where to spicy, my kid didn’t eat them.. but after they did not listened to us I couldn’t bother even to try to get new ones

Basically no compensation what so ever… they took off 1 whole drink… while we endured 1-1,5 hour of disaster.

But stay away…. If you want staff listening to you and proper service, and a child friendly place

Visited on the 21st of April 2024 at 12:00-13:30.

It was 10 degrees celsius outside and almost as cold inside. We had to eat with our jackets on, because the staff said they were not allowed to close the door. Asked to sit further back in the restaurant, but staff largely ignored us as ridiculous as that may sound. At last we got to talk to a manager who let us sit further back. Burger and ribs were ok (kids meal ribs were very dry though), but they forgot the salads. At this point we were fed up and decided to pay and leave. I am flabbergasted.. I expect to pay the inflated prices eating inside the park, but I expect a better...

The BBQ Ribs were amazing pretty good seasoned and also fresh, the restaurant was full so we needed to wait a little bit more than usually and in my opinion for a weekend they need to be prepared with more stuff. We were disappointed with the kids portion of Ribs in the menu said half portion all what we get was around 25% ca. one fourth of the original portion and the price for that was pretty high. The personal was very friendly and nice but they were unavailable for assistance because of the overcrowding. Except the disappointing with the Kids portion everything...
