Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at Royal Indian Food Hillegom. After a long wait ⏳, we received a very small portion of grill 🍢 — definitely not worth the price. The kebabs seemed frozen and reheated ❄️🔥, with no real flavor. We were shocked to pay €4 just for a tiny dip of raita (yogurt) 🥄 and another €4 for a naan 🫓 that wasn’t even fresh. The food overall was bland and tasteless 🤢 — really not what we expected from Indian cuisine. On top of that, the bathroom was not clean 🚫🚽 and there was no handwash available 🧼 — hygiene clearly needs improvement. The only good thing was the friendly and helpful waitress 😊 who tried her best, but sadly, that didn’t save the meal. Overall: Not recommended ❌

Ook heel vriendelijke jonge bediening die door eigenaresse werden ingewerkt, terwijl de eigenaar in de keuken al dit eten heerlijk bereid. Ook de aankleding van het restaurant is heel sfeervol met als thema bloemen (ook op het plafond 🙂) en met het gure weer buiten was er een aangename temperatuur binnen. Een bezoek aan dit restaurant is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar, zowel voor een warme lunch als voor diner 🙏.
