The food here was fantastic! The sashimi quality was top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. When we arrived, the restaurant was quite full in the front, but to my surprise, we were seated immediately in the back. That was refreshing, since in most restaurants in Amsterdam I’ve had to wait several minutes to even be acknowledged.

The atmosphere was lovely and comfortable, and I appreciated how clean the bathrooms were. Despite how busy it was, the service was excellent. The servers were attentive, and the food still came out quickly without sacrificing quality.

Overall, I was very impressed and extremely happy with our meals. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and great service...

Very pleasant place with customer friendly waitresses and owner. The menu is a bit short, in my opinion, but it's understandable for a small restaurant. Service is fast and much effort is done to make it look well. I need to mention that the owner gave us a whole new roll because there was one piece missing. Amazing service. As for the food, the quality was ok-ish. The rice could have been rolled a bit tighter. Some rolls especially the special ones such as the dragon rolls, contain a little bit too much sauce, so that I can't distinguish the flavor of the other ingredients anymore. Then again, I am picky. Ik was op uitnodiging van mijn zwager en schoonzus. Zij hadden bij Insho een geweldige ervaring gehad en wilde dat met ons delen. Voor ons wel een flinke rit maar goed ik kreeg het cadeau.

Ik at al op veel plaatsen sushi. Dat was niet altijd goed en soms tegen walgelijk aan. Maar met recht kan ik zeggen dat dit de lekkerste sushi was die ik ooit at!

De rijst was perfect. Smaakvol, de juiste bite, mooi vol en solide. Er ging geen korrel verloren.

De combinaties van smaken die waren gemaakt echt subliem. Mijn absolute favoriet was de White Dragon. Hoofdingrediënt is daarbij de geflambeerde jacobsschelp. Een hele beleving in je mond. Ik denk dat er 10 verschillende dingen mijn mond gebeurde. Het zachte smaakvolle van de jacobsschelp die als hoed op de sushi lag, de crunch in de sushi van de garnaal, de zachte ferme structuur van de rijst, enkele smaakmakers en een heel subtiel pittig iets. Ook de viseitjes leverde een goede smaak af.

Naast de presentatie van het eten wat geweldig was en een lust voor het oog, viel de heel persoonlijke en vriendelijke benadering van het personeel op.

Ga niet meer naar de al you can eats sushi fabrieken! Kies voor de chefs die in iedere sushi hun liefde leggen.

Naast sushi hebben ze ook grill maar daar zijn we niet aan toe gekomen. Dat wordt iets voor de volgende keer want teruggaan...
