As a true foodie, I have to say, this was one of the best steaks I’ve ever had.❤️ Cooked perfectly, incredibly and INSANELY tender, literally melted in my mouth. The smokey sauce was rich and bold, adding so much depth to every bite.

The portion size was huge, and the sweet potato fries were crispy and flavorful — honestly the perfect side.😮‍💨🤤

This combo definitely gonna be my idea of steak every time the carnivore crave hits🥩

Al eerder hadden we kennis gemaakt met restaurant AQUA, gelegen op een prachtige locatie aan het Braassemermeer. Vroegtijdig met Peter van der Klauw gesproken over onze wensen betreffende het diner en de feestavond voor onze trouwdag. Mede door de ambiance en de professionele adviezen betreffende de mogelijke invulling van het geheel kregen we al snel een geruststellend gevoel. Op 17 April 2025 hebben wij inderdaad ons huwelijksfeest gevierd bij AQUA in Oude Wetering en Peter met zijn team hebben ons zeker niet teleurgesteld. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en van onze gasten krijgen we nog steeds complimenten voor de geweldige dag die zij hebben ervaren. Nogmaals dank voor Peter en zijn team, met vriendelijke groet, Carol en Aad Keijzer We had already become acquainted with restaurant AQUA, situated in a beautiful location on the Braassemermeer. We spoke to Peter van der Klauw at an early stage about our wishes regarding the dinner and the party evening for our wedding day. Partly due to the ambiance and the professional advice regarding the possible content of the whole, we quickly got a reassuring feeling. On April 17, 2025 we indeed celebrated our wedding party at AQUA in Oude Wetering and Peter and his team certainly did not disappoint us.
