Burger King — Restaurant in Lansingerland

Dear Burger King Team,

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience we had. When we placed our order, we requested some extras for our burgers, but upon receiving them, we noticed that they were missing. We went back to request the correct order, and unfortunately, we were given the same burger without the extras again. On the third attempt, we were assured that a new burger would be prepared, but once again, we received the same burger without the extras.

In the end, we did not eat the final burger and left feeling very hungry and disappointed, as we are loyal customers of Burger King and were let down by the poor customer service as well.

We would appreciate a resolution to this issue and a response that shows our feedback is...

EVERY SINGLE TIME THE REUSABLE cUP REMOVE THIS. GIVE MY CARTOON 10 CENT CUP OPTION BACK. The reusable cup is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Plus, you don’t even wash those cups. We’re drinking from the same dirty thing over and over again, without knowing who used it before. It’s stupid. And on top of that, I have to pay for it and then get my money back?

Also, there’s no ranch or buffalo sauce on the menu. This isn’t Burger King. How can it be Burger King with just three burgers? There are no options. Other than mayo and ketchup, there aren’t even any sauce choices.

No lie, this is the best Burger King in the Netherlands, but it still doesn’t compare to other countries.

I’ve been a Burger King fan since they first opened in Rotterdam in 1981. Then, they were the go-to place for proper burgers, flame grilled with fresh salad and tomatoes and everything as you want. Since then I have been in many Burger King restaurants over the world and sadly, many of them have been quite bad.

For this restaurant I see a lot of poor reviews on here, which I find really sad for a restaurant that only started recently.

Today I paid my first visit and had a Whopper with extra bacon and extra cheese. And, much to my delight, the burger was freshly made and tasted very nice. Well done BK!

I will go for 5 stars for now. Will be back. Keep up...
