KFC — Restaurant in Lansingerland

The staff constantly forgets to put something in your order, so if you don't check, be sure that you will pay for the air just because they have such lazy, untrained employees. The restaurant is always dirty and untidy, some order screens do not work, the terminal literally hung on the wires))) The soap dispenser is broken in the toilet, what is fashionable to come up with? Throw it nearby, you can wait for the order MORE THAN HOUR, because the priority is orders with a drive, in which, let me remind you, they constantly forget to put part of the order! The staff is as unpleasant and repulsive as possible, they walk around with an eternally dissatisfied face, working 6 hours a day if not less))) but it's so difficult for them all to weave like lazy snails and spit in the face of their customers, +1 star only for French fries, which this time they could also spoil, they just warmed it up, nuggets and all the food is incredibly salty, as if only salt itself. I'm sorry that I have nothing to praise this terrible institution, one of the worst...

The fries were cold and the chicken was HOTTT. My friend orderen chicken tenders and waited 30 mins untill he asked the staff and the staff simply told him "oh we dont have that" i mean could they not have told us sooner . Furthermore i ordered a meal on my phone and the order failed somehow but the transaction when through i paid even tho the order failed. I then asked the staff and they simply told me "oh we have no understanding of the app we are not part of that section" i asked them could i get a refund then they said no. I am utterly shocked i was very hungry when i came here i drove 4 hours and then i was hungry so i decided to go here worst mistake of my life. My friend and waited a absurd long time for the food and then i was scammed , very very very upset. If i was you i would go the mac donals or the burger king across the kfc. Please dont make the same mistake i did avoid this kfc at all...

Bij aankomst viel meteen al op dat er over KFC vuil op straat lag. Ook de afvalbakken die wij zo konden zien zaten overvol en flink veel dienbladen waren er bovenop gestapeld. Bij binnenkomst was er "gemorst" op de vloer wat niet werd opgeruimd. Dit lag er na 30 a 40 minuten nog steeds. Wij werden direct geconfronteerd met (ook hier) overvolle afvalbakken en opgestapelde dienbladen. Op veel tafels stonden dienbladen met afval en etensresten die hier ook zeker meer dan 30 minuten hebben gestaan. Dit is ook niet opgeruimd tijdens ons verblijf. Scheuren in de bekleding van de stoelen, patat en papier op de vloer en in de hoeken (zie foto's zodra ik de mogelijkheid heb om deze te uploaden!!!) deksels op de drinkbekers waren er niet (of niet aangevuld). zakjes met zout waren er niet en in diverse hoeken lag oud papier en andere rommel. ons eten was niet echt warm. Ik heb bij het "scherm" gewacht tot mijn nummer klaar was. toen deze "gereed" gemeld was heb ik minuten staan wachten. ondertussen was mijn nummer van het scherm verdwenen en ben toen maar gaan vragen. Mijn menu en voor de kids stond ergens in een hoek geparkeerd. waarschijnlijk even "vergeten". kleffe koude friet, kip was niet echt warm maar smaakte door de kruiden wel wat. Zelf bekleding van stoeltjes was aan vervanging toe. Aan het einde van ons verblijf liep er een jonge dame van KFC langs de volle vuilnisbakken (al flink kauwend op een stuk kauwgom wat er nu niet echt professioneel uit zag) zonder er eigenlijk maar naar te kijken. Even gewacht wat ze op de terugweg zou doen. Ja, het was opgevallen en kwam later terug. even diep nadenkend wat ze nu zou moeten doen pakte ze de dienbladen en was weer weg. Ook niet meer terug gezien. Enige vorm van een verantwoordelijke manager die de zaken op orde heeft, was hier dus niet van toepassing. Zeer slechte ervaring vandaag 01 sept 2018 17:30 hier kom ik zeker niet terug. tijdens ons vertrek was er nog niets veranderd, sterker nog, er is alleen maar meer bijgekomen. ps: mcdonalds er naast, parkeerplaats schoon, afvalbakken normaal en duidelijk schoonmakend personeel aanwezig..
