De Pannenkoekhut | Pannenkoekenhuis — Restaurant in Lansingerland

It seems like nobody knows that this restaurant is located here. It was pretty much empty on a Saturday. I also didn't know you could eat here, plus didn't notice until we were almost at the entrance.

This is quite unfortunate as the staff is great. Attentive while not overbearing. They're funny, the chef is great. I loved my (rather unique) pancake. They make regular ones as well btw.

Also took a dessert. That was quite filling, so might be good to go for something like ice-cream.

Noticed Google wondered about parking, that's obviously free and there's...

Very disappointed, second time visiting this really well situated and full of potential restaurant, but with only 3 tables around and about 5 staff we could count, we had to ask to order drinks, and then never had an opportunity to order food. I hope they can sort out how this place is managed, huge potential...

Fipo! Hoe vaak krijg je daarvoor de kans op Googel reviews. Anyhow, deze tent heeft mijn goedkeuring. Gezien ik geen Louis van Gaal heet of pakweg de Paus ben, is de vraag wat mijn heilige zegening nou eigenlijk waard is. Het maakt niet uit, je moet zelf maar bepalen hoeveel waarde je aan mijn oordeel hecht. Inhoudelijk: Ik was hier op een warme zondag iets na de lunch. Op andere terrassen was het druk, hier niet zo. Er was schaduw, wat goed is als het 32 graden is. Verder was er een serveerster die beweerde nieuw te zijn, maar ik merkte er niets van (of misschien wel, ze was nog eager en gemotiveerd. Misschien komt de klad later natuurlijk). Zij zwaaide iig de scepter over het terras alsof ze er al 3 jaar werkte. Pannenkoek besteld, was prima.
