Pizzeria Steakhouse La Copita Grou — Restaurant in Leeuwarden

I came here with my family (4 people) because of the good reviews, but honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. Staff were rude – we called them multiple times and they ignored us. When we mentioned the issues, they told us “if you don’t like it, just leave – others will come.” Completely unprofessional. The table was sticky and the place didn’t feel clean at all.

As for the food:

I ordered the Max Grill – parts were undercooked, others burnt, and it was drowning in spices that killed any real flavor. My son had the carbonara – it was watery, bland, and barely had any meat. My daughter’s Margherita pizza had raw dough. My wife’s kapsalon was okay, but not enough to save the overall experience. Very disappointed. We arrived late in the evening in the habour with a rental boat and were looking for something to eat for dinner.

Of the local restaurants this looked promising (slightly filled, but not too full, indicating good quality). We ordered Pizzas. They were very delicious. There is a good selection of beer as well.

Prices are common for the Netherlands. Toilet is unisex, and unfortunately, another guest created a mess while we were there, but before that person, it was clean.

It feels more like a take away pizzeria when sitting inside. We didn't much like the atmosphere coming from the kitchen. Yelling not nice stuff at people they know didn't help much. It apparently was a joke but we almost left because we thought it was serious. Staff is still learning and takes a while before they come. All in all if you're just looking for a good pizza it's nice and has a good location. I think it's nicer to sit outside then inside. We were there on Saturday...
