Ordered a pizza on 30th july. Got food poisoning. Contact them through Facebook messenger on 2nd August to explain it to them. I asked to get a reply via email. I got a call instead and was not able to pick up. No voicemail and no email. After contacting dominos numerous times I keep hearing from them that the owner apparently tried calling me more than once,which is a lie as I can prove that I have 1 missed call. Even after explaining that I want email contact because im on holiday atm. It is now 15th of August and still haven't gotten a reply via email. It's ok to let only one customer inside at a time but through taping off the waiting area you are standing in the way of the delivery guys.. 3 times employees squeezed past me and I almost bumped into one on the way out. Please improve on the people flow there and insure at least 1.5m distance to people, at least for customers. Even if picking up only takes a minute, that risk can be brought down.
