Donati — Restaurant in Leidschendam-Voorburg

I had a not so pleasant(food and customer wise) . The service was welcoming and polite. I came here by myself to have a quick dinner. I ordered a calamari fritti as a starter followed by a mushroom and ham pizza. I started my calamari and after the 3rd or the 4th calamari ring was sitting a big hair ( not mine I have sort (5-6mm blond hair) on one mine squid ring. . Came the waitress after a while and ask me that everything is alright? I said that I lost my appetite for this calamari because there is a big hair sitting on my food. I don't want to eat this. Without to offer a new portion or any effort to make better thier mistake, i got my pizza. The pizza was ok 3/5. How ever in the end at the payment they charged me the calamari what I sent back. I said I don't want to pay for that, because I sent it back almost the whole portion. The waitress came back with the idea that I have to pay for the half of it... I asked do I have any other options she said, NO... take your judgment. .. but I'll never come back or to recommend this...

Honestly had the worst pasta I've ever tasted - bland and a little soggy - we both had different types and they were both awful, so disappointed. It was a busy night, but the service was especially poor too. Dessert was good though, hence the 2 stars. Wanted to try again, maybe pizza this time, but they did not seem bothered by my complaint of poor food, so I won't bother. Pity, because this place is in a great location for us to meet regularly...

Ik ben gisteren uiteten geweest bij donati met een social deal bon. Aangezien ik hier jaren geleden erg lekker eten heb gegeten had ik nu ook niets anders verwacht maar helaas enorm tegengevallen. Bij binnenkomst is er een draaideur die t niet goed doet en waar je in vast komt te zitten maar niemand van het personeel lijkt hier iets aan te doen. Vervolgens vind ik de inrichting gedateerd en niet meer smaakvol als jaren geleden. Na een kijkje in de keuken toen ik nr de wc moest constateerde ik chaos en een vieze keuken en bar. Vervolgens hebben wij een 2 gangen diner besteld mijn vriendin een risotto en ik een garnalen pasta met peper en courgette. Een klein moment later toen ik thuiskwam voelde ik me al niet lekker en misselijk. Helaas zette dit door in de nacht en liep het eten de pasta van 2 kanten uit en dit meerdere malen in de nacht. Ik was goed ziek diarree en overgeven en constateerde een voedselvergiftiging. Helaas vandaag nog steeds beroerd en mij noodgedwongen ziek moeten melden. Maw dan moet de pasta wel erg slecht zijn geweest van kwaliteit. Vond t al sbs te vettig de pasta. Heb contact met ze opgenomen maar helaas niets meer van ze vernomen. Maw ik zou donati echt niet meer...
