Original review : A low level restaurant with very very bad ambiance, not sure how is it surviving amongst so many nice restaurants in Den Haag and Voorburg.

Few points I would like to inform everybody: Poor service, ambiance and food. They don’t generate a printed bill, if you ask for a bill they write it in a piece of paper and give it to you (pic attached). They use false prices while writing the bill and trick customers into paying more (bill and menu pic attached).

So please check the bill if you still choose to go there.

For those who would like to know the details, it happened to us recently. Luckily we took a pic of bill (as we had to split it) and the menu which was there on every table, otherwise we would have never known that they do such things.

One of our orders was samose plate which didn’t come with green chutney (samose come with chutney in every single restaurant in the world). So we asked her if we could get it and she got us a chutney which literally tasted like tooth paste.

Later when we compared the prices, we found that they had charged us 3.5€ more. So we talked to the lady in the restaurant and couldn’t believe how rudely she talked to us and said that the prices have changed and also she charged 1€ for that Colgate chutney.

When she realised that we are going to share the reviews, she messaged us to send Tikkie of 2.5€ (while she charged 3.5€ more). When we told her that it wasn’t about the money but lying to customers, she got even more mad and disconnected the call yelling that we should have never raised this concern if it wasn’t about the money. I ordered from this restaurant and they delivered only part of my order. One item was completely missing. I called right away and they promised to send the missing item “as soon as possible.” I waited over an hour, but nothing arrived.

I tried to call again several times, but no one picked up.

This is really disappointing. I paid for a complete order and got no follow-up, no delivery, and no communication. What happened to the rest of my order? What about the money I paid?

This kind of service is unprofessional and frustrating. If you can’t correct a simple mistake or even answer the phone, it’s hard to trust you again. I won’t be ordering from here in the future and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.

Thank you for replying, but I need to correct your statement — the missing item was never delivered. I waited over an hour after your promise, and no one showed up. I also called multiple times with no response. Please don’t claim it was delivered when it wasn’t.
